You are solely responsible for your customer contact lists and communications.
4. Third-Party Platforms
Our Service may integrate with third-party platforms such as review websites, social media platforms, and CRM tools. We are not responsible for:
Changes to third-party policies
Account suspensions by third parties
Loss of reviews or data on third-party platforms
Your use of those platforms is subject to their terms.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file.
6. Fair Use of Requests
Each plan includes a monthly limit on review or reactivation requests. Excess usage may require upgrading your plan or paying additional fees.
7. AI Tools Disclaimer
Our AI-generated review responses and content are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent or published.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and technology used in the Service are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Service without permission.
You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.
9. Data & Privacy
We process customer data only to provide the Service. You agree that you have permission to share customer information with us.
We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Reactivation Campaigns
We may contact your past customers on your behalf using email, SMS, or other channels you authorize. You confirm that:
